About the event

MESHOF  is proud to honor the service of one dynamic Black woman who holds the office of District Attorney for Alameda County. Therefore, we are proud to bestow the  District Attorney of the Year Award to The Honorable Pamela Price!

All across America and beyond, women are making a difference in the legal community, the business community, and other communities at large. They serve as lawyers, politicians, corporate leaders, wives, and mothers. Society benefits: we are all indebted to women and honor their tenacity and commitment. It is past time to reflect on and commemorate women’s incredible progress and their contributions. So, we applaud and celebrate the extraordinary dedication and leadership of a special womam as she pursues justice and equality.

It is important for young girls to see women of this stature in legal leadership roles. Honoring this extraordinary woman will give some insight into the role of politics and can inspire young girls to consider following her path. And so, we want to thank and celebrate Pamela Price for all of her hard work and commitment and dedication to excellence!
